Outdoor Markets! A sure summertime treat, but not for today. It is nice enough to be outside with the temperature reaching 62! Those of you in Florida, please keep the snickering down to a low roar. Here on Long Island in November , this is remarkable and very much enjoyed.

God's blessings are too numerous to count, because some of them we may never know about. How about the time God saved you from a near accident, and you were not aware of it? And the time He kept you from a law suit, and you were never aware? If we could see what is happening in the spiritual realm, we would be amazed of all the things that never touch us because of the covering we have in Christ.

Thank God for Jesus' redemptive blood, that covers us from the lies and torments of the devil. So what you may ask about the times we are deathly ill, or harm comes our way. Our all consuming God does not take any pleasure in our hardships or sickness. Never in a million years would He afflict us. He allows things in our lives only if they will grow us to be more like HIm. The choice is up to us, if our heart will surrender to Him in a hard circumstance or not. The outcome will bring spiritual life or death.

This can be very hard when we are going through the loss of a loved one, or are exhausted caring for someone who is ill. This is why we have brothers and sisters in the Lord to pray with us, and love us through these situations. Lean on someone today who has a shoulder to give to you.

"And the world is passing away, and the lust of it; but he who does the will of God abides forever."  {1John2:17}
"Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God! Therefore the world does not know us, because it did not know Him. Beloved, now we are children of God, and it has not yet been revealed what we should be, but we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is.  {1 John 3:1-2}

Take heart, dear ones, God is working overtime on us!Live the Life He has always wanted for you!
